The IOLITEi-4xTH-HV is Dewesoft’s first multichannel, high-voltage-isolated thermocouple module, purpose-built for safe and accurate temperature measurements in high-voltage environments. Designed specifically for applications such as e-mobility, battery validation and thermal runaway testing, this four-channel module ensures operator safety with CAT II 1,000V isolation between channels and ground.
Supporting Type K thermocouples, the module covers an impressive range from –270°C to +1,372°C. It employs a high-resolution 24bit delta-sigma ADC with sampling rates of up to 10kS/s, making it capable of capturing fast thermal transients and temperature shock events. Cold junction compensation is implemented per channel via internal digital temperature sensors for optimal accuracy.
With an eight-pin LEMO (REDEL) connector, wide-range power input (12-48V), and EtherCAT-based dual RJ45 communication, the IOLITEi-4xTH-HV integrates seamlessly into distributed DAQ systems. Its compact design and rugged construction make it ideal for high-voltage test benches in automotive, aerospace and industrial environments.
