Libby is a transportation professional who works with public and private transportation companies seeking to develop new systems, terminals and infrastructure to support decarbonization. She has an MBA and a IAMPE port terminal manager certification. She currently teaches in the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University, supporting the master's degree program for Intelligent transportation systems. Libby has successfully written over US$100m in grants to support transportation development and port and marine infrastructure.
