Noah Oppenheim is the project manager for Energy Efficient Fisheries, a Massachusetts project funded by the US Congress developing an industry-led plan for fuel efficiency and emissions reductions and charting a path toward the green energy future for fishing and seafood businesses. He also focuses on developing financial tools to deliver low-cost capital for fishing vessel electrification projects.
