Shawn holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Victoria and is a professional engineer registered with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC). Shawn is also a Red Seal journeyman electrician, bringing over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry. His career spans roles such as patented power supply designer, North American engineering manager and global offer safety chair for a leading multinational electrical equipment manufacturer. Recently, Shawn has been focused on driving electrification within the marine industry and growing Canal's business.
