Do I need a Visa?

Visa Waiver Program/ESTA – this is necessary if you are a citizen or eligible national of a Visa Waiver Program country .

The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) enables most citizens or nationals of participating countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa. Travelers must have a valid Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval prior to travel. Please note that this is the official ESTA website and there is a $21.00 fee for this service. We would like to make you aware that there are several unofficial websites offering the ESTA service which may involve a considerably higher charge.

REMINDER: Apply for ESTA no later than 72 hours before departing for the United States. Real-time approvals will no longer be available and arriving at the airport without a previously approved ESTA will likely result in being denied boarding.

STILL REQUIRE A VISA? To receive a visa invitation letter, you must first complete the registration form. If you are an exhibitor or speaker, please contact the visa department: visa@ukimediaevents.com.

We will start processing visa invitation letters 16 weeks before the event. If there are special circumstances that require the letter to be issued earlier than this, please email the visa department: visa@ukimediaevents.com.
